The Guest Room "quattro" was originally a conservatory and had a connecting door to the bedroom of the original owner known today as guest room "tre". Rumour has it that the owner spent a large part of the winter in this room and dedicated his books and music. This room has a total size of about 21 m² with a ca. 5 m² large bathroom and is located on the first floor. Also in this room you will find a beautifully restored “mural” originally from the 19th century painted on the bathroom ceiling.
The room has its own private entrance on the west side of the villa. The accompanying terrace is equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers and offers stunning views over the lake.
